My Process

Free discovery call
In a 15-30 minute online meeting, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your goals, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. No strings attached.

Kickoff call
Before starting the project, we’ll have an online meeting where we go over all the project details that I have to know to have a successful project.

Proposal
You get a detailed proposal outlining the deliverables, timeline, and the fee. Once you approve the proposal, you’ll receive the contract and the invoice for the upfront deposit.

Research and moodboarding
I start with research and collecting inspiration for the project, which I organise in a moodboard.

Moodboard feedback
This is where we align our vision, so you know exactly what to expect— my goal is to keep surprises and revisions to a minimum.

First draft and feedback
With the strategy in place, I’ll start designing—usually sharing 2–3 strong options that you can choose from.

Refining and revision rounds
After you pick out an option, I can refine the draft implementing your feedback to finalise the design. If you still want changes to be made this is the time for revision rounds.

Delivery
Once you approve the final design and the final invoice is paid, you get all the final files and assets that we agreed on in the contract.
